Secret Hideout cake for a super secret spy themed birthday. The little boy wanted a spy hideout and that is what I made. The cake is vanilla and chocolate with vanilla buttercream. 10" and 6" rounds. All the pieces are made from fondant including the walkway. The spy folder I printed and put on candy sticks.
A retirement cake for one of the janitors at my son's school. She was going on a cruise, hence the cruise ship on top. But we wanted to tie together her job at the school. So this is what we came up with. Mop, broom, mop bucket, vacuum cleaner, trash can, and ocean themed fondant pieces. Vanilla cake and chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. The sand is crushed graham crackers.
Crossover cake for the Cub Scouts. The chocolate cake is the cub scout part and the vanilla cake is the Boy Scout part. We made the wooden bridge between them from wooden craft supplies and burlap twine. The Arrow of Light and the Boy Scout Emblem are made from fondant. Really like how this one turned out.

So this one was for 2 little boys whose birthday is one year apart. Each wanted their own cake with certain characters. The first was Iron Man and Batman. The other was Superman and Spiderman. These turned out really cute. One cake was Peanut Butter Poundcake with peanut butter filling. The other was Triple Chocolate with cream cheese.

Another wedding cake to add to the mix. This one went great and it was for such a sweet couple. All lemon poundcake with the bottom tier and top tier in lemon cream filling. The middle tier was rasberry cream cheese filling. Swiss dots on the top and bottom with the diamond pattern in the middle. Fondant ribbon around the bottom of each tier. I lucked out and found flowers to go on the sides of the cake that matched exactly to the topper they had made. The wedding site for this cake was gorgeous and I was very thankful for the opportunity of one of my cakes to be there.
